Poster Guidelines

  • The poster board is 100cm in width x 200cm in height. The suitable poster size is within 95cm in width x 125cm in height.
     
  • The display area for posters is in the Foyer in front of Hall B and Hall C.
     
  • The abstract title, author names and the institutes should be placed in large letters at the top of the poster, followed by the headings: Introduction, Methods, Results and Conclusions to identify the poster layout.
     
  • The posters should be displayed in the poster area from Friday, 30 October at 08:00 until Sunday, 1 November 2009 at 12:00. Each poster board will be marked with the number assigned to each abstract.
     
  • Authors are kindly requested to present themselves at the special information desk where they can receive assistance for displaying their posters.
     
  • Pins, staplers, nails or any other sharp materials which might destroy the poster boards are not allowed to be used for affixing the posters. Double sided tape is the most recommended material for presenting the poster.
     
  • Authors are requested to be present for discussion next to their posters during the two coffee breaks assigned for each topic:

  • Posters not collected by the end of the meeting at 15:30 on Sunday, 1 November will be removed by the organisers. The organisers of the conference decline any responsibility for the condition of posters not removed by the presenters.
     
  • No poster will be forwarded to the presenter after the conference.
