Registration fees for conference participants included:

Fee deadlines

Early fee: until and including 15 May 2009
Normal fee: between 16 May and 15 September 2009

Participants who registered as trainees only received the confirmation of registration if they supplied evidence that they are under 40 years of age and actively engaged in a training programme. 


Under EU law, companies located within the European Union must supply their VAT (Value Added Tax) number or the Conference Secretariat will be obliged to charge 21% VAT on the registration fee. 

Cancellation policy

  • Participants who cancelled their registration before Monday, 31 August 2009 will receive a 75% refund of the amount paid.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Monday, 31 August 2009.
  • A handling fee of EUR 35 will be retained in the event of cancellation of social activities.
  • Refunds will be processed after the Conference.
